Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub was born on 8th March 1987 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Soviet Union.
Her family moved to West Hollywood (where they had family) as refugees when she was 2 and half years old. Jewish organizations like HIAS helped with the fmaily resettlement.
Her father lives in Moscow now.
